Here at Enchanted Revival, we aim to deliver the highest quality services in the massage and bodywork industry, and strive to exemplify the prominent qualities of professional healthcare services. We acknowledge the confidential nature of the professional relationship with clients and respect each client’s right to privacy. The modesty of both client and therapist is practiced by proper draping procedures.

We provide you with top of the line therapeutic massage sessions, enhancements and holistic services. When done regularly, these therapies can help relieve many ailments and improve the quality of your life.
Massage therapists shall:
- Demonstrate commitment to provide the highest quality massage therapy/bodywork to those who seek their professional service.
- Acknowledge the inherent worth and individuality of each person by not discriminating or behaving in any prejudicial manner with clients and/or colleagues.
- Demonstrate professional excellence through regular self-assessment of strengths, limitations, and effectiveness by continued education and training.
- Acknowledge the confidential nature of the professional relationship with clients and respect each client’s right to privacy.
- Conduct all business and professional activities within their scope of practice, the law of the land, and project a professional image.
- Accept responsibility to do no harm to the physical, mental and emotional well being of self, clients, and associates.
- Refrain from engaging in any sexual conduct or sexual activities involving their clients.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us the courtesy of a 24 hours advance notice. Failure to do so will result in the following charges:
Rescheduling or Cancellation under 24 hours’ notice:
50% of the total of your scheduled service
100% of the total of your scheduled service
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling (charges may apply)
Please keep in mind that you will not be allowed any future services until any fees are paid.
Membership Terms and Conditions
1st of Month Billing
Charges are made on the 1st of every month, or the following business day
Minimum Membership Policy
3-month minimum membership is required after signing up. If a membership gets suspended, Enchanted Revival keeps the right to keep any charges occurred before suspension
Cancellation or Suspension policy
If canceled/suspended membership, a 6-month hold period takes place before a member can be signed up again
Services are nontransferable, must be used up each month. Except in case of emergency, one-time gratis transfer is allowed
If benefits remain unused for more than a month, and no communication is established, membership will be put on hold till further actions are made
Additional massage time is charged at membership pricing
Additional services/enhancements are charged at regular price
Birthday Month Policy
Members receive free enhancement of choice during birthday month
Memberships must be purchased with a valid credit/debit card only. No other form of payment is accepted
Personal Information updates
Enchanted Revival must be notified of any change in billing address on file, contact and credit card information. If a credit card is declined or automatic payment does not go through, Enchanted Revival will call Member within 7 days to get a new form of payment. If communication between the two parties doesn’t get established, membership will be put on hold until a valid form of payment is provided. No refunds will be given for any remaining or unused sessions
Enchanted Revival reserves the right to modify certain terms and conditions, including occasional prices adjustments. Members will be issued a 30-day notice prior to finalising any modifications. By signing below, I authorize Enchanted Revival to charge the account I have specified. I understand that Enchanted Revival may continue to charge my account or cancel my membership in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. We agree to sell, and you agree to purchase the membership, goods and services described, according to your plan selection and terms above. Your signature below indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms, conditions, rules and regulations of this agreement. All the terms and conditions in this agreement, as well as those contained in the "terms and conditions" section on our website, are a part of this agreement. Visit EnchantedRevival.com to view. All individuals, including members and those purchasing a membership on behalf of a member, signing this agreement are responsible for paying in full as ordained in our policies
